Q:List of machinery and facility.
A:we have complete tooling processing machine,totally in 60 sets.and also with 10 sets of new HaiTian injection machine.
Q: Can you make the texture / text / heat_treatment /nitriding for the inejction mold plastic?
A: Yes, no problem.
Q: What’s the payment term?
A: TT, L/C, Western Union. We will ask for down payment before production, and the balance paid off before shipment. Of course, we may also negotiate it.
Q:Delivery time
A:3~7 days for mould design, 50~60days for mould production after deposit payment.
Q: What kind of packing can you provide?
A: Wooden case for mold. Carton box for plastic products. The method according to customer's requirement, otherwise, we will make the sea-worthy packing.
Q:Do you have the checking system to make sure the mould quality?
A:We have a complete management system. Our project dept. will arrange mould checking and supply the checking report in detail. Only when the mould is qualified, can the mould be shipped out
