1.Q: How many people work in engineering department and also in workshop?
A: 10 senior engineers and over 30 technical designers,Total with 200 employees.
2.Q:List of machinery and facility.
A:we have complete tooling processing machine,totally in 60 sets.and also with 10 sets of new HaiTian injection machine.
3.Q:Do you have ISO certificate or other certificate?
A:We have ISO 9001:2008 quality system certificate for several years.
Q4: How do we control the mold processing?
A4: Weekly Reporter for you about the mould machining progress and mould finishing schedule .
Q5: Can you make the texture / text / heat_treatment /nitriding for the inejction mold plastic?
A5: Yes, no problem.
Q6: How long is the lead-time for a plastic injection mold?
A6: It depends on the mold's size and complexity. Normally 3~7 days for mould design, 50~60days for mould production after deposit payment and mould design confirmed
Q7: Do you make spare parts for your customer?
A7: Yes, we will provide spare parts if needed.
