Q: How many clerks does Aojie have ?
A: Totally 230 employees,incruding 10 senior engineers and over 30 technical designers.
Q: How about steel Sources?
A: We purchase steels from professional manufactors with QC certificates.
Q: About Payment ?
A: For terms, we accept TT, L/C, Western Union. For down payment, usually 30 to 40 percent of the mould price. For the balance, it should be paid off before shipment.
Q:Delivery time
A:This depends on when the mold trial is completed. From the time the mold test is completed to the time the goods are shipped from the port or shipping point, it usually takes from 3 to 7 days.
Q: Warranty ?
A: It varied with moulds. We usually add warranty, into contract, of the lest life of moulds selled by us. And if moulds exhaust earlier than that, moulds for free.
