We use international advanced development software (CATIA, UG,PRO/E)and develop product, mould design, analysis, processing and control. A: 10 senior engineers and over 30 technical designers,Total with 200 employees.

A:we have complete tooling processing machine,totally in 60 sets.and also with 10 sets of new HaiTian injection machine.
3.Q:Do you have ISO certificate or other certificate?
A:We have ISO 9001:2008 quality system certificate for several years.
4.Q:How many mold you make annually?
A:We supply Korea,USA,Russia clients for nearly 120 sets per year,together with other countries at least300 sets in total.
5.Q:Do you have any export and cooperation with famous companies?

6.Q:Do you have the checking system to make sure the mould quality?
A:We have a complete management system. Our project dept. will arrange mould checking and supply the checking report in detail. Only when the mould is qualified, can the mould be shipped out.
