Our customer from Taiwan will visit our company on the 17th. The main purpose of this visit is to review the mold proposal for the wheel eyebrow.
During the meeting, our technical team and sales representatives will discuss the mold design scheme in detail with the customer. We will present the 3D structure, parting line layout, gating system, ejection mechanism and cooling design of the wheel eyebrow mold. Potential risks such as shrinkage, air traps and demolding issues will also be explained. We are ready to listen to the customer's requirements on product appearance, dimensional tolerance, cycle time and mold steel selection. Any comments and revisions proposed by the customer will be recorded timely for subsequent scheme adjustment.
After the technical discussion, we will arrange a factory tour for the customer. We will show our mold workshop, CNC machining area, EDM workshop, assembly zone and trial-run section. The customer can observe our machining equipment, mold assembly process and sample testing procedure on site. This helps the customer understand our production capacity, quality control standard and project management flow.
We aim to communicate fully and efficiently during this visit. We hope to align on the final mold solution, confirm key technical specifications and build further mutual trust. Smooth communication will lay a solid foundation for the follow-up mold development, trial production and mass delivery of the wheel eyebrow project. We will make full preparation in advance to ensure the visit goes well.
