Tempering System

In order to meet the requirements of the injection process for mold temperature, the temperature of the mold must be adjusted by a tempering system. For thermoplastics with injection mold, the main design is cooling system to cool the mold. The common method of mold cooling is to open the cooling water channel in the mold, using circulating cooling water to take away the heat of the mold, and the heating of the mold can be used in addition to the cooling water channel hot water or steam, but also in the mold inside and around the installation of electric heating elements.
