After three months of persistent research, development and rigorous production work, we have successfully completed and shipped part of the customized molds for Russian daily necessities food container projects. These finished molds have been officially dispatched and will be transported to Russia for local mass production, marking a crucial milestone in our cooperative project.
The entire mold development and manufacturing process lasted for three months, during which our professional team overcame numerous technical and scheduling challenges. The food container, as a daily consumer product, has extremely strict requirements on mold precision, safety standards and structural stability to meet the daily use needs of Russian consumers and local industry specifications. Our technical staff devoted themselves to optimizing mold structures, adjusting production parameters, and conducting repeated testing and calibration to ensure every detail of the molds complies with customer's customized demands.
Facing the rigorous technical standards and tight project progress, all team members adhered to a serious and pragmatic working attitude, kept polishing production techniques, and strictly controlled every production and inspection procedure. After months of dedicated efforts, we finally completed the production and delivery of the first batch of qualified molds as planned.
The successful shipment of these molds lays a solid foundation for the local mass production of food containers in Russia, effectively promoting the steady progress of the Sino-Russian daily necessities cooperation project. It also fully demonstrates our reliable technical strength and efficient delivery capability. We will continue to follow up on subsequent mold production and project docking work to ensure the smooth launch of follow-up products.
