Prior to the clients' arrival, I delved deep into researching Egyptian culture and business etiquette. I learned about their warm and friendly nature, where a firm handshake and direct eye contact are essential during greetings. Understanding these cultural nuances helped me build a positive first impression.​

When it came to the price quotation, I faced a unique set of challenges. Egyptians are known for their negotiation skills, and bargaining is an integral part of their business culture. I had to ensure that our initial price was competitive yet left room for negotiation. To do this, I carefully analyzed our costs, including production, shipping, and potential profit margins.​
