Italian Clients Visited The Company

   As our Italian clients stepped into our company, their eyes lit up with curiosity-especially when we led them to the mold workshop first. The workshop was neatly organized, with each mold placed on labeled racks. Our senior mold engineer, Luca, greeted them with a smile and started explaining the mold-making process. He picked up a newly finished precision mold, pointing out its smooth edges and intricate details.
Next, we moved to the injection workshop. The hum of advanced injection machines filled the air, but it was well-controlled to avoid excessive noise. We showed the clients a fully automated production line, where plastic pellets were fed into the machine, melted, and then injected into molds to form finished parts. Customer walked around the line, touching the finished products on the conveyor belt. "The consistency here is remarkable," he said, turning to us with a satisfied grin.​
During the tour, the clients asked many technical questions, and our team answered them patiently, even drawing quick sketches to illustrate complex concepts. Before leaving the workshops, Mr. Bianchi took photos of the machines and the finished products, saying, "I need to show these to my team-your facilities and processes are exactly what we're looking for." Their positive feedback made all our preparations and efforts worthwhile, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.​
