Our company welcomed professional Korean client representatives to our factory to witness and inspect the first trial run of the customized automotive grille mold. As an exterior auto part mold with high requirements for appearance, precision and structural matching, the grille mold's first trial test is a crucial milestone of the whole project, which aims to verify the mold's overall performance, molding effect and compliance with the client's design standards and automotive industry specifications.
Prior to the official trial run, our technical team completed full pre-test preparation work. We conducted comprehensive inspection on mold assembly accuracy, sliding mechanism, cooling system and injection parameters, and debugged the production equipment repeatedly to ensure all parts operated normally. Strict checks were implemented on mold surface finish and structural dimensions to avoid common defects such as flow marks, uneven thickness and assembly deviation that may affect the grille's appearance and practical performance.
During the first trial molding process, the grille mold ran stably with smooth opening, closing and ejection movements without abnormal friction or stalling. The trial-produced automotive grille samples featured intact overall structure, delicate surface texture, uniform color and no burrs, shrinkage marks or deformation. All detailed structures, including mesh holes and mounting grooves, were completely consistent with the client's design drawings.
The Korean clients carefully inspected the mold structure and tested the dimensional tolerance, surface flatness and assembly performance of trial samples on site. They highly recognized our precise processing technology and strict quality control standards. The clients gave positive feedback on the excellent trial effect, confirming that the mold fully meets mass production requirements. This successful first trial builds a reliable foundation for project finalization, formal delivery and long-term cooperative development with Korean clients.
