A: Our price is made as per your drawing specification as well as the purchasing quantity.
Q: How long is the lead-time for a plastic injection mold?
A: It depends on the mold's size and complexity. Normally 3~7 days for mould design, 50~60days for mould production after deposit payment and mould design confirmed.
Q: What kind of packing can you provide?
A: Wooden case for mold. Carton box for plastic products. The method according to customer's requirement, otherwise, we will make the sea-worthy packing.
Q:How do you pack the moulds?
A: Wooden box.
First : Daub rust preventive oil on the mold.
Second : We pack the mold with thin plastic film to avoid moisture.
Third : We put this plastic film packed mold in a wooden box, and fix it avoid any movement.
