Positioning system is related to product appearance quality, mold quality and life, according to different mold structure, choose different positioning methods, positioning precision control mainly depends on the processing, the internal mold positioning is the designer to fully consider, design a more reasonable and easy to adjust the positioning mode.
The ② gating system, which is the feed channel between the injection moulding machine nozzle to the cavity, includes the mainstream road, the runner, the gate, and the cold feed hole.
In particular, the selection of the gate position should be conducive to the molten plastic in a good flowing state filled with the cavity, the product of the solid-state runner and gate cold material in the opening of the mold easily from the inside of the mould and removed (except Hot runner mode).
